Zamfara State HISBAH Commission has sent a serious warning to the organizers of traditional boxing competition in the State to immediately stop the arrangements.
This was disclosed in Gusau, the State capital by the chairman of the Commission, Mal. Umar Hassan Gusau.
He said that the suspension would remain until further notice.
The chairman gave the warning via an announcement made and shared to newsmen, pointing out that security was the main reason following the state government’s decision on the boxing activity.
Mallam Gusau further warned that anyone who disobeyed the order of suspending the activity must be dealt with.
He also warned the public to take the notice with all sense of seriousness.
