The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, George Akume, has felicitated with Christians as they mark the birth of Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n
He enjoined Nigerians to eschew divisive tendencies capable of breaking the country.<\/p>\n
Akume assured Nigerians of the unwavering commitment of President Bola Tinubu to the unity of the country and delivering on the \u2018Renewed Hope Agenda\u2019.<\/p>\n
The SGF urged fellow Christians to embrace and internalize the teachings of the season, which includes love, tolerance, sacrifice, and peaceful coexistence as exemplified by Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n
He prayed for peace and harmonious co-existence among Nigerians and enjoined all to eschew divisive tendencies.<\/p>\n
The SGF also described this year\u2019s Christmas as special for him as he is in Benue, his home state, for the first time since he assumed office.<\/p>\n
He particularly thanked God Almighty for keeping him strong and healthy as he marks his 70th birthday on the 27th of December, 2023.<\/p>\n
