The Yobe State Coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Mrs Hafsat Yerima, has urged corps members to be vigilant and wary of their environment to ensure their safety.<\/p>\n

She stated this while briefing the 2023 Batch \u2018C\u2019 Stream 1 corps members at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, Dazigau, Nangere Local Government Area of the state.<\/p>\n

Yerima tasked them with reporting strange or suspicious movements and behaviour in their environment to the nearest security formation for necessary action.<\/p>\n

\u201cParticipation in all camp activities is compulsory for corps members, except those with valid medical reasons, certified by the camp clinic,\u201d she stressed.<\/p>\n

She also informed them that NYSC has introduced camp court for trying erring corps members who violate camp rules.<\/p>\n

Yerima also cautioned them on the usage of social media, advising them to use the platforms in a positive manner.<\/p>\n
