An Islamic group, Jam\u2019iyyatu Ansariddeen (Attijjaniyya), has requested the Nigerian Army to undertake a thorough, impartial, and comprehensive investigation into the bombing of a village in Kaduna State.<\/p>\n

The group\u2019s National Secretary, Saiyadi Yahaya, made the appeal during a news conference in Abuja on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Yahaya also requested transparency and accountability in the pursuit of the culprits.<\/p>\n

No one, he said, should be above the law, and those involved, regardless of position or status, must be held accountable.<\/p>\n

He also asked the Federal Government to put in place a fair and effective compensation system for the families affected by the tragedy.<\/p>\n

Similarly, Yahaya solicited financial and emotional assistance for the affected people in order to reconstruct their lives, to enable cope with the enormous loss they suffered.<\/p>\n

He said, \u201cAs the National Secretary of Jam\u2019iyyatu Ansariddeen whose members were affected by the tragic killing of innocent civilians in Tudun Biri Village, Kaduna State.<\/p>\n

\u201cI stand before you to express our collective grief, demand justice, and propose recommendations to prevent future occurrences.\u201d<\/p>\n
