Jose Peseiro\u2019s men are one of the favourites for the tournament that is a mere six weeks away.<\/p>\n
The AFCON coincides with the European season, but players would have to leave their respective clubs at least one week before the competition begins.<\/p>\n
The Eagles are in Group A alongside Equatorial Guinea, Ivory Coast, and Guinea-Bissau.<\/p>\n
The three-time African champions will kick off their AFCON campaign on January 14 against Equatorial Guinea.<\/p>\n
