According to him, Arsenal could win it, but thinks Manchester City are the favourites.<\/p>\n

Pep Guardiola\u2019s men have also won the title in the last four campaigns.<\/p>\n
Nevin told In the Zone: \u201cArsenal can win the Premier League, yes, the answer is they can. If I had to really push it, I wouldn\u2019t be putting my money on it at the moment, but it\u2019s capable.<\/p>\n
