Ronald Koeman has warned new Barcelona boss, Hansi Flick of what to expect as a manager working with the club president, Joan Laporta.<\/p>\n

Koeman managed Barcelona from August 2020 to October 2021.<\/p>\n

He spoke about Flick\u2019s appointment at Camp Nou and how he hoped the German gaffer would be given time to succeed, especially by Laporta.<\/p>\n

He told Spanish outlet AS: \u201cI hope that Laporta will finally be patient with his coach. If you don\u2019t feel the president\u2019s support, you\u2019re lost.\u201d<\/p>\n

Koeman had recently shed light on how Laporta was disrespected when he was sacked as Barca manager.<\/p>\n

The Dutch coach said he was dismissed in front of his players in a plane in 2022.<\/p>\n
