Former Barcelona vice-president, Javier Bordas, has claimed that Brazilian forward Neymar would have won the Ballon d\u2019Or if he had stayed at the Catalan club.<\/p>\n

Neymar left Barcelona to join Paris Saint-Germain in 2017.<\/p>\n

Speaking with SPORT (h\/t Le10Sport), Bordas also noted that the 32-year-old wanted to return to Barcelona after joining the French Ligue 1 champions.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would have liked him to stay and there were options for him to come back,\u201d Bordas said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf he had come back, he would have won the Ballon d\u2019Or with Bar\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe wanted to come back so much that a few weeks after his departure, he already wanted to come back.\u201d<\/p>\n

Neymar currently plays for Saudi Arabia club Al Hilal.<\/p>\n
