Former Manchester United defender, Rio Ferdinand, has hailed Spain winger, Lamine Yamal after his display against France in the Euro 2024 semi-final on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Yamal drew the game level in the first half, after Kolo Muani gave Les Bleus an early lead.<\/p>\n

Dani Olmo then struck the winner before the interval.<\/p>\n

Yamal became the youngest scorer in the history of the European Championship and was also named Man of the Match.<\/p>\n

Ferdinand said on BBC One: \u201cYamal plays like someone who has been playing for a long time. He makes the right decisions in the right moments.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe simplicity with which he plays is so rare. Normally you come in and you\u2019re trying to prove yourself and you try too hard.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe always makes the right decision.\u201d<\/p>\n
