The duo of Angelina Jolie and Daniel Radcliffe won their first-ever Tony Awards at the Lincoln Center last night.<\/p>\n

Angelina Jolie-produced \u2018The Outsiders: A New Musical\u2019 took home the gong for best musical.<\/p>\n

She is now halfway to EGOT status.<\/p>\n

Daniel Radcliffe won the award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical for his role in \u2018Merrily We Roll Along.\u2019<\/p>\n

However, David Adjmi\u2019s film, \u2018Stereophonic\u2019 was the biggest winner at the 2024 Tony Awards, winning five out of its 13 nominations.<\/p>\n

Branden Jacobs-Jenkins\u2019 \u2018Appropriate\u2019 won three awards while Alicia Keys\u2019 \u2018Hell\u2019s Kitchen\u2019 managed two from its 10 nominations.<\/p>\n

Jack O\u2019Brien and George C. Wolfe received a Special Tony Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Theatre.<\/p>\n

Abe Jacob, Alex Edelman, and Nikiya Mathis also received a Special Tony Award.<\/p>\n

Colleen Jennings-Roggensack, Dramatists Guild Foundation, Judith O. Rubin, The Samuel J. Friedman Health Center for the Performing Arts, Wendall K. Harrington, and The Wilma Theater were honoured for Excellence in the Theatre.<\/p>\n
