Bala Nikyu has resigned from his position as head coach of the Nigeria Premier Football League club, Gombe United.<\/p>\n
Nikyu took the decision following Gombe United\u2019s relegation from the NPFL.<\/p>\n
The Savannah Scorpions were relegated to the Nigeria National League following a 2-0 home defeat against Sunshine Stars on Sunday.<\/p>\n
The well-travelled coach had taken charge of the team earlier in the campaign following Mohammed Babaganaru\u2019s resignation.<\/p>\n
