Fulham captain, Tom Cairney, has named Chelsea\u2019s Cole Palmer as his Premier League Player of the Season for 2023-24 as the campaign set to end this Sunday.<\/p>\n
Cairney also claimed that Palmer is the season\u2019s best signing, citing his significant influence at Stamford Bridge following his transfer from Manchester City.<\/p>\n
During an appearance on BBC\u2019s The Players Channel podcast, Cairney expressed high admiration for the 22-year-old.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m giving it Palmer. I thin Palmer Signing of the Season and Player of the Season,\u201d Cairney said.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe gets bought for \u00a340 million and he has put the team on his back, literally. Even early in the season with them big penalties, he said no give me the ball. He\u2019s been the star man.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat he\u2019s done in a Chelsea shirt is more impressive than what anyone else has done in my opinion.\u201d<\/p>\n
