Not less than four schools in the western Indian city of Jaipur have received bomb threats, leading to the evacuation of students.<\/p>\n

According to reports, the schools on Monday, received threats over emails, which claimed that explosives had been planted on their premises.<\/p>\n

The schools reached out to the police and they swung into action, dispatching multiple bomb disposal squads and sniffer dogs to the schools to conduct searches.<\/p>\n

However, nothing suspicious has been found so far, according to the police, the threat seemed to be a hoax.<\/p>\n

\u201cFour to five schools have received bomb threats. Police have reached the schools,\u201d Jaipur police commissioner Biju George Joseph said.<\/p>\n

The police said they were trying to identify the sender.<\/p>\n

Similarly, on Sunday, Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi and several hospitals in the national capital received bomb threats over emails.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, over 100 schools in the Indian capital region of Delhi received similar messages, triggering a massive scare.<\/p>\n
