“The Conference of Online Publishers in Akwa Ibom State (COOPA) heartily congratulates His Excellency, Governor Umo Eno on his recent award as the Social Media Governor of the Year by the Nigeria Institute of Social Media Analysts (NIMASA).<\/p>\n

The award is an attestation to
\nHis Excellency’s place as the primus inter pares amongst other governors in the use of digital technology and his commitment to furthering the economic development of Akwa Ibom State through the ARISE Agenda.<\/p>\n

COOPA agrees with the NIMASA that Gov. Eno’s leadership style and revolutionary policies have not just been visionary but effective and efficient, and yielding commendable results.<\/p>\n
