Former federal lawmaker, Senator Shehu Sani has cautioned residents of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, against looting government warehouses.<\/p>\n
DAILY POST recalls that hoodlums on Sunday invaded Agric Department Strategic food store located at Tasha, Abuja, and carted away food items and other valuables.<\/p>\n
Operatives of the FCT Police Command have arrested at least 15 suspects and recovered some of the stolen items.<\/p>\n
There was also an attempt by hoodlums to raid a factory warehouse at the Idu Industrial District, Jabi, Abuja the same day.<\/p>\n
Reacting, Senator Shehu, in a post on his verified X handle, urged the residents to stop the trend.<\/p>\n
He wrote, \u201cMy dear Abuja residents, why did you invade and loot the Government food warehouse. Don\u2019t repeat it please\u201d.<\/p>\n
