Victor Osimhen scored a hat-trick as Napoli annihilated Sassuolo 6-1 at the MAPEI Stadium on Wednesday night.<\/p>\n
Uros Racic gave the hosts the lead in the 13th minute, while Amir Rrahmani equalised for Napoli 12 minutes later.<\/p>\n
Osimhen then took centre stage handing Napoli the lead for the first time in the game a minute after the half hour mark.<\/p>\n
The Nigeria international scored two more goals for the Serie A champions in the 41 and 47 minutes, respectively.<\/p>\n
The 25-year-old set up Kvicha Kvaratskhelia for the fifth goal five minutes after the break.<\/p>\n
He was replaced by Giovanni Simeone 14 minutes from time.<\/p>\n
Osimhen has registered five goals in three outings for Napoli since returning from the Africa Cup of Nations.<\/p>\n
The striker has so far scored 11 goals and provided three assists in 15 league appearances for the Partenopei this season.<\/p>\n
