Super Eagles head coach, Jose Peseiro, breezed into Uyo on Sunday night ahead of his team\u2019s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against the Likuena of Lesotho.<\/p>\n

Peseiro arrived the beautiful city in company of his three foreign assistants, Maykel Moreira, Acacio Santos and Vitor Hugo.<\/p>\n

Chairman of the Akwa Ibom State Football Normalization Committee, Prince Bonny Nyong, received the quartet at the Victor Attah International Airport.<\/p>\n

The Super Eagles will begin preparations for the game on Monday.<\/p>\n

Peseiro has already invited 23 players to camp for the game and the matchday two fixture with the Warriors of Zimbabwe.<\/p>\n

The West Africans will entertain Leslie Notsi\u2019s Lesotho at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on Thursday.<\/p>\n

The three-time African champions will face Zimbabwe three days later at the Huye Stadium, Butare.<\/p>\n
