Zamfara United head coach Alhassan Mohammed has said that their Nigeria National League opening-day fixture against Nasarawa United will be a tight contest.<\/p>\n

Nasarawa United will host Zamfara United at the Lafia City Stadium this weekend.<\/p>\n

Alhassan said the Solid Miners will be desperate to secure victory in the encounter.<\/p>\n

He, however, assured that Zamfara United would be adequately prepared for the game.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe game against Nasarawa United is going to be a tight game,\u201d Alhassan told the club\u2019s media.<\/p>\n

\u201cNasarawa United will be aiming to kick-start their NNL campaign with a victory to give their promotion target a boost. We are ready to give our best to record victory, as we are going to prepare adequately for the game.\u201d<\/p>\n

The new NNL season will commence on Saturday, November 11.<\/p>\n
