Egbewole made the call on Monday at a meeting he held with the students union leaders where he said the exercise is aimed at ensuring optimal performance by the university\u2019s staff.<\/p>\n
He emphasized the importance of obtaining feedback from students to improve various aspects of the university\u2019s operations.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are focused on gathering feedback from students about our campus operations. Understanding how our staff members are faring is crucial to our improvement efforts.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt is not a witch-hunt, but a sincere endeavour to enhance our system through collaboration with students,\u2019\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n
Egbewole also reiterated the university\u2019s management\u2019s unwavering commitment to prioritizing students\u2019 welfare.<\/p>\n
According to him, despite the paucity of funds, the university reduced school charges to alleviate the burden placed on students and their parents or guardians.<\/p>\n
Responding, President of the Students Union Government, Mr Joseph Ologundudu, expressed gratitude for the platform provided for students to have regular interactions with the varsity\u2019s management.<\/p>\n
He noted that the union had been encouraged to collaborate with the school\u2019s administration on various fronts.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe union will always work in synergy with your administration to ensure that the vision of the university is actualized.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are ready to work with management on security, transportation, and on the delivery of essential services,\u2019\u2019 Ologundudu said.<\/p>\n
