They defeated Brazil 3-0 in the quarterfinal encounter at Jakarta International Stadium.

Argentina have now joined Germany in the semifinal stage.
Germany had earlier defeated Spain 1-0 to book their place in the Last-4.
The remaining quarterfinal matches will take place on Saturday.
France will face Uzbekistan, while Mali will tackle Morocco.
