Paul Pogba has broken his silence amid the club he could play for next.
Pogba, who is currently under contract with Juventus, is set to leave the Serie A giants after his ban for testing positive for testosterone was recently reduced to 18 months by the Court of Arbitration in Sport, CAS.
Negotiations is ongoing between both parties to terminate the player’s contract.
As a result, the French midfielder has been linked with some European clubs, including French Ligue 1 side Olympique de Marseille.
However, when asked about a possible move to Marseille, Pogba didn’t oppose a move to the Ligue 1 side.
“Marseille? I’m laughing because it’s Uncle Pat, he said that jokingly, you know him! I’m still under contract, so it’s not credible,” Pogba told L’Equipe.
“We don’t know what tomorrow holds, why not play in Ligue 1?”
Pogba will be free to play football again in 2025.
