Real Madrid forward, Endrick, will wear the no. 16 shirt at the club next season, according to AS.
Endrick was initially set to wear the no.9 shirt. But Kylian Mbappe has taken the number following his official unveiling.
The Brazilian teenager will be unveiled on Saturday, after being forced to wait until he turned 18 before he could leave Palmeiras.
Endrick was 16 years old when he made his senior debut with Palmeiras.
He took the No. 16 shirt back then, before eventually switching to his preferred No. 9.
He will see his career with Real Madrid begin in a similar fashion.
