Arsenal have reached a verbal agreement to sign Espanyol goalkeeper, Joan Garcia.
This was disclosed by football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, in a tweet on X last night.
According to Romano, the 23-year-old Spanaird is a top priority to replace Aaron Ramsdale should the England keeper leave the Gunners this summer.
“Arsenal have already reached a verbal agreement with Spanish GK Joan García on personal terms,” Romano tweeted.
“He’s the priority target for Arsenal to replace Aaron Ramsdale if he leaves in the final 10 days.
“Espanyol are aware of #AFC interest but no official bid yet, depends on Ramsdale.”
