AC Milan have identified Bayer Leverkusen forward Victor Boniface as a transfer target for the summer.
The Rooseneri will bring in a new striker at the end of the season, given that Olivier Giroud is set to join LAFC when his contract expires in June.
Bologna striker, Joshua Zirkzee is Milan’s number one target but his huge price tag has forced the former Serie A champions to look at other targets.

A recent report from Gazzetta suggested Bologna could be looking for €75m for Zirkzee.
Corriere dello Sport claims Boniface is Milan’s secondary target if they fail to get Zirkzee.
Boniface is valued at around €40m-€50m.
The 23-year-old, who recently returned to action for Bayer Leverkusen after a three-month injury layoff, has scored 16 goals and nine assists in 25 appearances across all competitions.
