Football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, has disclosed that 24-year-old Arsenal defender Jakub Kiwior could still leave Mikel Arteta’s squad before the end of the summer transfer window.
Romano stated this in a tweet via his X account on Saturday.
He was giving the reason why the Poland international was not included in Arsenal’s Premier League squad against Wolves on Saturday.
“Jakub Kiwior, out of Arsenal squad for technical decision. No injury,” Romano tweeted.
“He could still leave before the end of the transfer window but nothing close yet with any club, I’m told. Open situation.”
Kiwior, who is desperate for regular playing time this season, is expected to compete with the likes of Riccardo Calafiori in Arteta’s squad for more game time.
He was linked with a move away from the Premier League North London club before Calafiori’s arrival to Emirates Stadium from Bologna.
