Tornadoes coach shifts attention to Lobi Stars clash after Pillars win

Niger Tornadoes head coach Majin Mohammed has shifted focus to his side’s matchday 16 clash against Lobi Stars.

The Ikon Allah Boys defeated Kano Pillars by a lone goal at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium on Thursday.

The win moved Niger Tornadoes out of the relegation zone.

Mohammed revealed that the team will prepare adequately towards the game.

He expressed high hopes of getting a better result in the game.

“Regarding our next game against Lobi Stars, we will like to take the games as they come. So I wouldn’t want to say anything for now, but we will go back home and prepare towards the game, I see us getting a better result,” he told the club’s media.

“Well, like I said even after our game in Ilorin, the secret is that, the boys have realized that the team is in danger and the earlier we wake up the better of us and that’s why you are seeing a different fight from the boys.”

Niger Tornadoes versus Lobi Stars clash is billed for the Lafia City Stadium next week Thursday.
