Shooting Stars want derby spoils against Sunshine – Ovunda

Shooting Stars goalkeeper, Darlington Ovunda says the team will go all out for victory in the Southwest derby clash with Sunshine Stars.

Ovuda said the players were disappointed with their goalless draw against Heartland in Ibadan last week.

Sunshine Stars will battle Shooting Stars in the matchday 12 encounter on Wednesday (today)
at the Akure Township Stadium.

“We were disappointed with the outcome of our game against Heartland,” he told the club’s media.

“It was not the result we wanted but we will go for victory in the southwest derby.”

Sunshine Stars were held by Shooting Stars to a goalless draw in their last meeting in 2022.
