Lookman cancelled out Andrea Belotti’s opening goal in the 13th minute.
The Nigerian received a perfectly timed through ball from Charles De Ketelaere and beat debutant Tommaso Martinelli with a chip finish.
The 26-year-old then set up Giorgio Scalvini for the second goal in the 32nd minute.
Lookman finished the season with 17 goals and nine assists across all competitions.
The winger was Atalanta’s top scorer last season.
