Fisayo Dele-Bashiru is full of excitement after scoring his first goal for Serie A club, Lazio, DAILY POST reports.
The Nigeria international was on target in Lazio’s UEFA Europa League win over Ukrainian giants, Dynamo Kiev on Wednesday night.
Dele-Bashiru also registered an assist in the encounter which Lazio won 3-0.
“I’m very happy for the goal and for having scored in front of our fans,” he told the Lazio Style Channel.
“It was important to start well, and I’m happy with my understanding on the pitch with Boulaye Dia.
“I feel happy in this team; I have a great relationship with everyone; everyone helps me to settle in, and I’m getting better and better.”
The 23-year-old joined Lazio from Turkish Super Lig club, Hatayaspor this summer.
