Erstwhile Katsina United head coach, Tony Bolus is set to take legal action against the club regarding a contractual dispute.
Bolus’ contract was terminated by Katsina United following a disagreement by both parties.
The experienced tactician has, however, notified the African Coaches Connect of what he termed the illegal termination of his contract.
The ACC has expressed its readiness to have a comprehensive review of the situation.
“Our commitment is to conduct a comprehensive review of the situation, considering all relevant factors and information,” the President of ACC, Eldred Sunju-Abbey said.
“Our legal and advocacy team will work diligently to gather the necessary details and will keep all concerned parties informed.”
The Chanji Boys recorded three wins, four draws and four defeats in 11 games under Bolus.
The club had since named Bala Abubakar as his replacement.
