Governor Sim Fubara of Rivers State has disclosed that his administration met a dead system upon assumption of office.

Fubara spoke on Sunday at the 18th anniversary celebration of Omega Power Ministries, OPM, and Chibuzor Chinyere’s 51st birthday.

He also urged people of the state to pray for him to have power to defend humanity in the state.

According to Fubara: “Those of us outside understand your contribution to humanity, how many of our schools are still functioning to provide that level of training, it’s no longer there.

“We met a dead system which we are trying to revive, but you are doing it as a private person, so why won’t God bless you?
