Rangers captain Chukwudi Nwaodu said the team is highly motivated for Sunday’s game against Sunshine Stars in Akure.
The Coal City outfit will tackle their hosts at the Akure Sports Complex.
Nwaodu said the Flying Antelopes had adequately prepared for the encounter.
He boasted that the seven-time champions are not bothered about the host’s impressive performance in a goalless away draw against Rivers United last weekend.
“We are highly motivated for the match against Sunshine Stars in Akure,” Nwaodu told Rangers media.
“We are prepared for this encounter, we are going to take it like every other game, Sunshine Stars are a good side.
“We are not scared of Sunshine Stars last performance, it’s football as we have a very strong mentality and we are confident in our ability going into this game.”
