Rangers head coach, Fidelis Ilechukwu, says it is important for his team to return to winning ways again following their defeat to Katsina United last week.
The Flying Antelopes’ 10-game unbeaten streak was halted by Katsina United.
The Coal City club will face Abia Warriors in their next game at the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium, Enugu on Tuesday
“The encounter with Abia Warriors is going to be very tight because no team is a pushover in the NPFL,” Ilechukwu told the club’s media.
“No team is a small team. You can’t say you will win when you have not played the game. What we are going to do is continue to do our work and we are going to be positive going into the ‘Oriental Derby’ just as we want to quickly put the loss in Katsina behind us and focus on the game at hand with the mindset for a positive result.”
Rangers currently occupy first position on the table.
