Ondo guber primary: PDP set to elect delegates

The opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Ondo State has disclosed that arrangement has been concluded to elect ad hoc delegates ahead of the April 25 governorship primaries.

According to the party, the delegates will be chosen across the 203 wards in the state in order to participate in the shadow election.

DAILY POST gathered that the delegates will be elected on April 8, 2024. The delegates will elect the standard-bearer of the party ahead of the forthcoming governorship election in the state.

Senator Abba Moro will be heading the seven-man electoral committee tasked with overseeing the party’s electoral process.

The governorship election will be held on November 16, 2024.

The PDP aspirants who will be vying for the ticket of the party include Bamidele Akingboye, Sola Ebiseeni, Agboola Ajayi, Adeolu Akinwunmi, John Ola Mafo, Bosun Arebuwa, and Kolade Akinjo.
