Olorunleke welcomes back Enyimba fans for Katsina United clash

Enyimba goalkeeper, Ojo Olorunleke says having the fans back in the stands will be a huge motivating factor for the team when they host Katsina United in Aba on Sunday (today).

The title holders have played their last three home games behind closed doors as punishment for the unruly behaviour of their fans during the clash with Doma United.

The People’s Elephant coped well in the absence of the fans winning all three games.

Olorunleke, however, believes their return will give the team an added boost in the fight for the title.

“Talking about our lovely fans we are happy that they will be back to give us their support again because we have always said it, their support matters and counts a lot,” the shot stopper told Enyimba’s media.

“We’ve really missed them, so seeing them coming back this Sunday to come cheer us up is another motivation and there is no motivation more than that, so we are glad on Sunday our people will be around to watch us play.

“As usual, they will be wonderful as they have always been so we are looking forward to Sunday and as I said earlier, it is going to be a success.”
