Offor worried over Sporting Lagos’ poor attack

Sporting Lagos head coach, Paul Offor has said it is important he works on his team’s attack in subsequent games.

The Lagos side are winless in their last four games in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL.

The poor run has continued to become a thing of worry for the young tactician.

Sporting Lagos failed to score in the 1-0 loss against Plateau United despite creating more scoring chances.

“We will continue to work, it’s something we have to talk about, The same thing happened at home against Bayelsa United last week,” he stated to the media at the New Jos Stadium.

“We lost the game against Plateau United because we couldn’t convert our chances which is becoming a thing of worry for us.”

Sporting Lagos dropped down to 15th position in the table following the defeat to Plateau United.

The club will battle Enyimba in their next league game at the Enyimba International Stadium, Aba.
