NPFL Youth League: Lobi Stars want U-17 team to show discipline

Lobi Stars have charged the club’s s U-17 team to be focused and show discipline at the NPFL youth league.

The director of the team, Emmanuel Jekelle gave the charge while addressing the players before their takeoff from McCarthy Stadium on Tuesday.

Lobi Stars will open their campaign in group B against Kwara United.

“I must thank the VC/CEO for creating the enabling environment for us, and we shall reciprocate this gesture by producing the needed results,” he stated in his address.

“Focus, concentration and discipline should be your watchword throughout the competition.”

Lobi Stars are in the same group with Kwara United, Niger Tornadoes and Plateau United.

The Lafia City Stadium will host the teams from the North Central.

The zonal qualifiers of the competition will kick-start on February 1-3.
