Shooting Stars players have been charged to go for the maximum points against Rivers United.
The Chairman of the Oluyole Warriors, Honourable Babatunde Olaniyan Akoro gave the charge in an address to the players on Thursday.
Akoro commended the players for their impressive performances against Abia Warriors last weekend.
He, however, encouraged them to consolidate on the win with a good result in Port Harcourt.
“We have a target and I believe the target is still achievable if we keep winning our games,” he told the club’s media.
“I am urging you to go to Port Harcourt and secure the maximum points.
“You can see how our fans tropped out in large numbers during our last game. They are solidly behind us and if we can do it again against Rivers United, which I believe is possible, you will see more of them.”
