NPFL: Remo Stars coach Kamil rues players absence

Remo Stars assistant coach, Sulaiman Kamil, has said his team is missing the services of their players currently in the camp of the Super Eagles B team.

Kamil said that the players absence affected their performance in the narrow win over Lobi Stars.

DAILY POST recalls that Remo Stars Captain, Nduka Junior, Jide Fatokun, Tochukwu Micheal, Sikiru Alimi and Sodiq Ismail are the players currently in camp for the 2025 African Nations Championship qualifying fixture against Ghana.

“We are missing like six regulars from our team who are currently in the Super Eagles B camp,”Kamil told Remo Stars media.

“Their absence really affected our performance in our game against Lobi Stars.”

Remo Stars are top of the Nigeria Premier Football League(NPFL) table with 21 points.
