Onyekachi Okafor has penned an emotional message to his former club Heartland after securing a move to Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, champions, Rangers.
Okafor expressed his appreciation to the Naze Millionaires for making his two-year stay a success.
“For every stage that has a begining also has an end , today I have to say a goodbye to Heartland FC,” Okafor wrote on X.
“I want to thank everyone that believed and supported me from my first day at the club.
“It’s been two years since I joined the club and I take values of the learning, the up n downs and some wonderful people with me , will never forget you guys.”
Okafor scored seven goals for Heartland in the NPFL last season.
