Plateau United technical adviser, Mbwas Mangut, has attributed his team’s defeat to Abia Warriors to a loss of concentration.
The Peace Boys suffered a 3-1 defeat to Abia Warriors at the Umuahia Township Stadium on Sunday.
Mangut admitted that Abia Warriors deserved the victory.
“Good game from both sides; we took the lead, trying to control the game towards the end of the first half but we lost concentration,” Mangut stated in a post-match interview.
“Both teams really fought well but it was a well-deserved victory.”
Plateau United dropped to eighth position with 11 points from eight matches.
