NPFL: Osimaga targets league title with Rivers United

Rivers United midfielder, Duke Osimaga, believes the team’s approach to games can help them win the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL title.

The Pride of Rivers are top of the league table with 20 points.

Rivers United have recorded six wins and two draws in eight matches.

Osimaga said the players are ready to give their all to achieve success this season.

“I know by the special grace of God, we are going to win the league because the tactics we are using in our home and away games are quite different,” Osimaga told BSN Sports.

“The players are ready to play. We have to do our best.

“The management is doing their best to make sure we get to the top.

“We are playing according to the coach’s instructions. The title is coming to Rivers State.”
