NPFL: Mancha blames fatigue for Plateau United’s draw with Kano Pillars

Plateau United assistant coach, Patrick Mancha has claimed that fatigue affected the team in their 1-1 draw with Kano Pillars on Sunday.

Veteran midfielder Rabiu Ali and Sam Pam Jr were on target for Kano Pillars and Plateau United, respectively, in the game.

Mancha however commended his players despite the result.

“All I can say is the boys tried their best coupled with the fact that some factors also contributed to the outcome of the game,” he stated to the club’s media.

“We came back from Lagos on Saturday and we played a game of this magnitude with Kano Pillars on Sunday. It is not easy.

“I can’t take anything away from the visitors, they did their best but I believe we will make up for the lost points against Enyimba.”
