Remo Stars assistant coach, Sulaiman Kamil, has expressed satisfaction with his team’s victory over Nasarawa United.
Goals from veteran forward Sikiru Alimi, Stanley Joseph and Ismail Sodiq gave Remo Stars a 3-0 win over the Solid Miners.
Kamil commended his players for playing to instructions to get the victory.
“It was a very good performance from the players, i’n very excited with the win over Nasarawa United,” Kamil told Remo Stars media.
“After the first-half has ended goalless, we went back to talk to the players on what to do to get the victory which really paid off in the second half.
“Our team isn’t build on an individual here at Remo Stars, it’s a collective effort to get the job done.”
Remo Stars moved to the top of the Nigeria Premier Football League ( NPFL) table with 15 points following the win.
