Heartland have kept their heads up despite the loss to Bayelsa United in the matchday eight fixture in Yenagoa.
The Naze Millionaires lost 1-0 to Bayelsa United at the Samson Siasia Stadium, Yenagoa on Sunday.
Rabiu Abdullahi netted the only goal of the game.
“We lost narrowly to Bayelsa United, but we left Yenagoa with our pride intact.” Bayelsa United wrote on X.
Heartland have recorded one win, three draws and four defeats in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) this season.
They are 17th on the league table with six points from eight games.
Heartland will lock horns with Remo Stars in their next match at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri.
