NPFL: Enyimba boss wary as Remo Stars hit Aba

Enyimba head coach, Yemi Olanrewaju is anticipating a difficult battle against Remo Stars, DAILY POST reports.

The title rivals will clash in the biggest match in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) this weekend.

Remo Stars occupy second position on the table with Enyimba in third spot.

The visitors stunned Enyimba 1-0 in Aba last season and will be desperate to repeat similar feat.

Olanrewaju reckoned the Sky Blue Stars will make things difficult for his team.

“Yeah we know the importance of playing Remo stars. They are a tough club and a top club but it’s like a derby. Every game with them is always very tough.

“But it’s our home game and we want to enjoy the game and go for the points,” Olanrewaju said ahead of the game.

“We know it is going to be a tough battle, we give them that respect as a tough team.

“They are going to respect us too because on the pitch we know what is at stake for us as a club so we have to go for it.”
