The nominees for the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Player of the Month award for April have been unveiled.
They are Bakare Shukurat (Nasarawa Amazons), Sylvia Echefu (Confluence Queens), Isaac Delight (Dannaz Ladies) and Folashade Ijamilusi (Robo Queens).
Shukurat was instrumental in Nasarawa Amazons qualification for the NWFL Super Six playoffs.
She recorded two clean sheets against Abia Angels and Confluence Queens.
Echefu was key to Confluence Queens unbeaten run in the month.
She conceded only once during the month.
Forward Ijamilusi, who is enjoying a standout campaign for Robo Queens scored twice in month under review.
She scored three goals in the month for Dannaz Ladies.
