Nnamdi Kanu: What Justice Binta Nyako told me – Sam Amadi

The director of the Abuja School of Social and Political Thoughts, Sam Amadi on Tuesday said that the charges against the incarcerated leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu do not make much sense legally.

The statement comes after Justice Binta Nyako said she was going to recuse herself from Kanu’s trial.

Amadi stated that Justice Nyako had said something close to that to him two years ago that it would be difficult to prove the charges against Kanu.

“The charges against Nnamdi Kanu do not make much sense legally speaking, and in my opinion, difficult to prove.

“Justice Binta said something close to that to me two years ago. Not surprised she backed down.

It is a political trial in the guise of a legal trial. End it,” he posted on X on Tuesday.

DAILY POST reported that the IPOB leader said he has lost confidence in the court and that the trial judge should recuse herself from his trial.
