Nigeria Police Force commences physical, credential screening for applicants

The Nigeria Police Force, Nasarawa State Command, has officially commenced the physical and credential screening for applicants in the ongoing recruitment exercise.

This announcement was made through a press release issued by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Ramhan Nansel, on behalf of the Commissioner of Police, CP Umar Shehu Nadada.

According to the statement with reference number, Ref: AZ:5250/NAS/PRD/VOL.2/40, applicants who have applied for the recruitment are required to report to the Nasarawa State Police Command Headquarters, located on Shendam Road, Lafia, for the screening exercise.

The screening will take place from January 8, 2024, to January 29, 2024, between 0700hrs and 1700hrs daily.

During the screening, applicants are instructed to appear in clean white T-shirts, shorts and canvas and must bring the following mandatory screening requirements, neatly arranged in two white flat files.

Nansel emphasized that any candidate who fails to present the above-mentioned requirements will not be considered for screening, advising them to pay attention to their scheduled dates and times, as well as other details and specific guidelines of the screening exercise.

Commissioner of Police, CP Umar Shehu Nadada, reiterated that the exercise is entirely free of charge, urging applicants to remain vigilant and cautious of criminal elements who may attempt to exploit the recruitment process for fraudulent activities.

He warned that any individual found engaging in such activities would face the full consequences of the law.
