Niger Tornadoes trio Emeka Alex, Bashir Usman and Sadiq Isyaka have been ruled out of the matchday 15 tie against Kano Pillars.
Alex has been sidelined for several weeks now with injury and is still recuperating.
Isyaka is ruled out due to family issues having lost his mother last week.
Meanwhile, Usman is struggling with his fitness having been left out of the Ikon Allah Boys clash with Kwara United last week.
Niger Tornadoes are aiming to maintain their good start under new head coach Majin Mohammed.
Mohammed replaced suspended Hamza Abarah last week.
He led Niger Tornadoes to a goalless draw against Kwara United in Ilorin last weekend.
